Yah, if you've never been to Yellow Springs, I would recommend visiting there, it's a really layed back hippie town close to Dayton and Springfield. There's this nice park there called the Glen Helen, and it has a pine barren and natural springs. The water in the springs is so pure that everyone drinks from them without getting diseased.
I have a Canon SX40 HS. Not a real DSLR, but it has it's good points. (The zoom is awesome.) I think the Canon SX20 that I had before took better pics, but it was stolen. I use photoshop to adjust shadows and highlights- this camera usually needs to highlights reduced quite a bit.
Thank you very much my friend. It's as much of a surprise as it was last time. I'm glad people like the pics, and I hope they get some cool use out of them. It was fun ( and a bit of an adventure) taking the pics. The gorge had ice everywhere, and lots of places to fall and break one's neck.
